Salon Policies

DELAYS

Please understand that when you book an appointment, I reserve my time exclusively for you.  A specific amount of time is allocated for each treatment so if you are late, your appointment will most likely have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected.  I will try to accommodate you as best I can in the time available.

You will however, still be charged for the amount of time and treatment you reserved when booking your appointment. 
 

APPOINTMENTS

I work by appointment only.

You must come alone to your appointment; there are no waiting facilities for family/friends. 
 

Private parking is available onsite; please wait in your car until I invite you to come in.


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to me and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment I request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.

This is especially important if your treatment is 90min or longer..

Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.

GIFT CARDS

Valid for 5 years. I keep a record of all gift cards, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced your gift card. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable

If you have an expired gift card, please inform us and you will be accommodated

MOBILE PHONES

I request that all mobile phones must be switched off during your treatment to ensure you fully relax and enjoy your experience.

FOLLOWING YOUR TREATMENT AT PEARL BEAUTY

If you enjoyed your treatment with me, why not continue your pampering experience.

All products used during your treatments are available to take home, so why not ask for some professional advice and guidance when it comes to choosing your homecare products.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking as it may affect your treatment.

In the interest of your safety, it is also your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health since your last visit.
