Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Refund Policy
I hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.
However, if in the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival, please get in touch within 14 days of date of delivery and I will gladly offer a full refund or exchange once the item has been returned.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure goods are returned including with any related costs.
I only accept returns and issue refunds if your item has arrived faulty.

How To Return Products
Please get in contact to obtain a returns form, which you will need to print and fill out. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
Please note that your return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returns will be examined upon receipt and I will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 3 days after I have received the returned goods.
Please note that Pearl Beauty cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach me.
