Salon Policy

If you are 15 minutes or more late, we can offer you a shortened service so the next client’s treatment is not affected.
Alternatively we will gladly reschedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.
We require ten days notice for cancellation for all group bookings. Cancellation within ten days will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.

Gift Cards
Valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all gift cards, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced your gift card.

Mobile Phones
We request that Mobile Phones must be switched off in the treatment areas as a consideration to other customers.

Health Conditions
It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment with us as it may affect your treatment.

Homecare
If you enjoyed your treatment with us, why not continue your pampering experience.
All products used during your treatments are available to take home, so why not ask for our professional advice and guidance when it comes to choosing your homecare products.

Loyalty
Did you know you can now avail of our Loyalty Reward System? For every euro you spend on services you receive a loyalty point and for every euro you spend on retail you receive double points! When your points build up, you receive FREE treatments. Loyalty reward Treatments may be booked Tuesday to Thursday only.
